October was a busy month, no doubt and we eventually saw snowflakes on the first morning of November, yikes. Even though it is getting cold in Cleveland, the Dividend Stock Portfolio always is heating up baby! Without further-ado, time to jump into my October Dividend Income results!
2018 is over and I know there are many of us that have been able to make intense investments, when the market had turned south in December. Though the temperature and the overall market are getting cold, the dividend portfolios are staying hot! It’s now time to check out my dividend stock purchases over the last two weeks of December!
Yes, the financial investment engine of my dividend portfolio continues to receive steady capital on a consistent basis! The last purchase article saw me deploy $2,500, which was on the lighter side, but let’s just say that these two weeks did not disappoint They say money never sleeps and these prior 14 days were no different. It’s now time to find out my dividend stock purchases!
I’m sitting at my dining room table with a freshly brewed cup of coffee and the fall breeze blowing in. What a beautiful fall day here in Northeast Ohio. With a lot of the expenses associated with moving in and updating our house in the rear-view mirror, I’m finally starting to flip on the investing switch again and aggressively look for great opportunities to add to or establish new positions. Well I don’t think that this article should come as a surprise to too many of you. If you couldn’t tell by my recent watch list, I was itching to buy a stock! Time to move some cash from the sidelines and into an income producing an asset. This week I ultimately purchased one of the four stocks on my watch list. Here is why I decided to add to my stake in Canadian Imperial (CM).
After seeing such incredible numbers posted in our latest edition of our monthly dividend income summary from other bloggers in the dividend growth investing community, I am extremely motivated to invest some extra capital and help push my dividend income forward. Even though I am working hard to earn extra cash via side hustles to try to pay down our debt as fast as possible, I decided that there was a little room to still invest on the side. How could I resist buying a potentially undervalued dividend growth stock after all? This month, I’ve targeted four companies for my September stock watch list. Let’s see who I am keeping my eye on!
