Dividend Diplomats’ January Watch List

We are already halfway through the first month of 2015 and it has been a very active month for us.  There have been a few purchases, some we have written about and a few we haven’t, and one big sale.   If there is one thing I have learned over the last year, it is that we do not hold cash for a long period of time and we are always looking to make a move.  The big question is, which stocks are currently on our radar?

Dividend Diplomats Weekly Purchases – 1/5/15

This week started out with a lot of excitement, at least for any dividend investors looking to initiate a long-term position.  Right out of the gate, the market began to slide and reached its lowest point by mid-day Tuesday. Luckily, for both Lanny and me, we were able to catch the market at its lowest point and purchase some new/additional shares for our portfolio.

Dividend Diplomats December Watch List

Another month is entering the mid-point, which means another Watch List for the Dividend Diplomats!  The market has shown us signs of great opportunities with the Oil discussions, amongst other things.  This has put pressure downward on stock prices, which as dividend investors, we love.  The watch list may have old names, but also some new names to the listing.  We may be looking at re-upping our positions or embracing new family members to the dividend portfolio.  Enough of the chit chatter, let’s get into the December watch list below!

Dividend Diplomats October Watch List

About a month ago we published our September formal Watch List.  A lot has changed over the last month.  We have received a ton of dividends, the S&P 500 has been on a decline of 4.33% through October 17th.  With October nearly in the rear-view mirror, it is time to update our watch list for the end of October and creep into November.

Lanny’s July Dividend Income

Now that the hot month of July is coming to a close here in a few days, it’s time to reflect on the past month production from purchases and decisions you make within your investment portfolio.  The production being… DIVIDENDS.  You make decisions based on your analysis to purchase a stock (at least for our scenarios) to receive projected/estimated/declared future dividends.  July was another solid month, let’s see if I crossed the triple digits this month:
