Kraft Foods Group (KRFT) is one of the smaller holdings in my portfolio. I purchased my initial position in the company several months after the spin-off. A year and a half later, I wanted to perform an updated stock to assess whether I should maintain my current position or purchase additional shares. Aflac (AFL) Stock Analysis
Aflac (AFL) is one of the dividend aristocrats and have taken a small hit year-to-date of about 6% to their stock price. The one tough thing to swallow is it’s heavy operations in Japan and then the remaining portion in US. This may cause currency translation fluctuations, as well as having too many of your eggs in 1/few baskets. Let’s dive into this stock, as I actually have a position in them already, they are a nice aristocrat (increasing dividends for 25+ years) and are one of few stocks to be on the downside Year-To-Date.

We are at the mid-point everyone! This is a great time to reflect on our goals, see what changes we need to make going forward and to assess what went right/wrong, and to make decisions from there. Crossing the $40k Mark
Lanny is not the only person to hit a milestone this year. We are only 6 months into 2014 and I reached my ending market value goal of $40,000. Through a healthy dose of appreciation, dividend payments, and a Roth 401(k) match from my employer, my portfolio has finally crossed this benchmark.

Hey everyone. It’s that time again, to guess which companies will announce a Dividend Increase! As a dividend growth investor, I enjoy seeing which companies increase their dividend and attempting to guess the announced increase. As we approach the final business week of the month, we will project which Dividend Aristocrats will announce a dividend increase in July based on their dividend history.
