6 months in. Wow, the year is officially half over. However, is there another way to look at it? What about – we have half of the year left to make an impact? I like the sound of that better. I hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend and that everyone has enjoyed their time with friends, family and, well, updating their portfolios! I am excited to share my June dividend income results, as it happened to be – my best month, ever.

Expected Dividend Increases in July 2017
After taking a month off from the series in June (unintentionally of course)…I’m back! Each month, I like to summarize which Dividend Aristocrats are expected to increase their dividend in the coming month. As die-hard dividend growth investors, the two of us take great joy in closely monitoring and tracking the changes in our dividend income and dividend payments of the companies we own and companies that we are watching closely. Typically, July is a slower month than June, but there are still some great companies that are expected to reward their shareholders.

Summer is here BABY! Memorial weekend just came to a close and man, the sun is shining fricken bright! Cavs are in the finals and road-tripping is real. On top of that – the Cleveland Indians are starting to roll wins and Encarnacion is using his bat finally! My crazy month has finally come to an end. We entered the month in the middle of an intense housing search and left with an accepted offer. Still can’t believe we are going to be first time homeowners! My wife and I celebrated our one year anniversary Memorial Day Weekend as well. The beauty of it all is that while all the noise of my personal life is rolling along, my dividend stocks are quietly doing their work in the background. This is one of my favorite articles to write each month, where I review my monthly dividend income total, compare the results to the earlier period, and check my progress as I embark on this journey of financial freedom. April Dividend Income from YOU the Bloggers!
Each month, the dividend blogging community continues to impress the two of us. Put it on the board! Yes, another month is down and how exciting are these times for us dividend investors? Tax discussions, price swings within the stock market and a plethora of dividend increases to boot. One thing that i wished that cooperated better was the weather here in Ohio – it has swung wildly from mid-40’s to mid 80’s on a few occasions.
