Wow, wow. So it’s been over two months and I have definitely found a stock that fit the metrics of an undervalued dividend stock investment. It took some thorough research and thinking about the companies that many people take part in every single day or have made them a part of their lives. Bert’s March Dividend Income Summary
The first quarter has come and gone, just like that. It seems like yesterday we were lining up our 2017 goals articles with wide-eyed optimism about what 2017 is going to bring for each one of us. As with the end of each month, we each take our time summarizing our dividend income income from the month to check our progress and see the fruits of our labor/hard work. Recent Buy – T.Rowe Price Group (TROW)
This month, I was back at it again and had some extra capital to deploy with a free trade credit staring my account in the face. So of course I was going to use this as an opportunity to continue building my position in T.Rowe Price Group (TROW) that I started in 2016. What’s funny is I wrote my last T.Rowe Price purchase article on 2/28/16, so almost a year ago exactly! One year later, I was faced with similar facts and made a similar decision. Time to see why I added to my stake!
Lanny’s Recent Stock Purchase – Pfizer (PFE)
Third purchase in 31 days? Now that’s what I’m talking about. I’m starting to feel like the Lanny of old again, if only the grey hair can revert back to black, I’d appreciate it. January finished off with some tail winds, as big final year earning releases are coming out, Trumps making his speeches and movements, as well as your everyday volatility that January typically brings. As dividend investors, we need to sit tight and buy when we find the right value at hopefully the right times if you can. This purchase signifies that, based on my analysis. Lanny’s Recent Stock Purchase – Citizens & Northern (CZNC)
Just when I thought I was coming down with a great system, I realized that I still needed to make contributions into my IRA account for the 2016 year. I still actually am quite a bit away from maxing out the year, but with this purchase, I definitely reached closer to the goal. I love banking and truly am passionate about the moves being made in the industry. I know Bert knows all about this company, and I’m sure the community is starting to also learn a little bit more, hopefully! A few days ago I was able to make a stock purchase back into a community bank stock that I own!
Bert’s Recent Buy – Procter & Gamble (PG)
It didn’t take too much arm twisting by Lanny to convince me to add to my stake in Procter & Gamble (PG) this week, especially after he took the first step, backed up his talk, and purchased 10.1 additional shares of the company earlier in the month. I have no shame in admitting that I followed his lead and purchased shares in the company because let’s be honest, it is a great company! Time to summarize my purchase of PG this week.

Kicking off the year with a dividend aristocrat stock purchase! What better name to buy than to have a stock purchase towards the brand that is in your cousins cupboard or bathroom, that is on your neighbor’s shelf or heck, a brand that you just brushed your teeth with using Crest! I am talking about Procter & Gamble, based in Cincinnati, Ohio! This isn’t the first time I have purchased them, but I am very excited that I was able to add this bolster-branded company to my dividend producing portfolio! Check out the details below!
