Two months are over in 2018.  Where has time gone?  Seriously, the first two months have 2018 have flown by!  But no matter how busy you are, what you have going on in life, or how many hours you may be working, there is one thing that I love about dividend investing.  Your dividend income is ALWAYS working for you in the background and you barely have to lift a finger to receive the benefits.  Well, February was not different from January or any of the months before it.  Time to dive in to my February Dividend Income summary!

Lanny’s 2017 Portfolio Review

I  keep a copy in PDF of my portfolio every quarter, and have a deeper dive at 12/31, but this also provides a blog’d example of where I stand, so I can always refer back on the site the historical position of my portfolio.  As we have done in the prior years, this post will be an overall recap of my portfolio, the contributions, dividends going forward, dividends received, what I can analyze from the current position, etc..  It’s always fun to see what the year compiled into one snapshot of all of the hard work that goes into the dividend engine.  I am excited to see where it stands and what can be done going into this new year!  Let’s dive on in.  Continue reading

Lanny’s September Dividend Income Summary

Here we are folks.  The third quarter has come to a close, the weather has fluctuated from very cold, back to very hot in the span of a week.  Leaves have fallen off of the tree, but I still see people laying out here in Northeast Ohio.  Time is moving fast and we must keep up with adding value and productivity to our lives.  September marks a very exciting quarter end for us dividend investors and I’m excited to share the results!

Lanny’s March Dividend Income Summary

Quarter 1 of 2017 is now officially int he books!  Here we go, the music starts, the sun is brighter and I am feeling better/more rested each day.  What else does this mean for, more specifically, US dividend income investors?  The biggest month worth of paydays has finished and I can only hope the community feels the same.  Did we set records?  Did we reach expectations or did we learn something that we can create growth from?  Time will tell when we are able to review all of the articles being released, but I am very pleased with how March ended from a dividend income stand point.  Let’s dive into the results!

Watching My Portfolio Cruise Past $100k
