Dividends are DEFINITELY Back! April 2021 Brings Roaring Dividends

Dividend investing community, I had to write this article.  The blood or “dividends” are pumping through my veins.  Dividend aristocrats are increasing their dividend and beating expectations.  In addition, companies are increasing dividends that I would not have seen coming.

Therefore, this bodes the response to this question, “Are dividends back”?  It’s a question I continually have been asking over the last 6 months.  April 2021 has definitely answered the question full well – DIVIDENDS are.. DEFINITELY BACK!

This article will go over the increases that have propelled me to that conclusion.  Not only the dividend increases in April 2021 that led me to that, but why the dividend increases were different than anticipated.  Let’s GO and dive in dividend investors! Continue reading

Why I’m Investing in Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) Every Week

JNJ, Johnson & Johnson

The time is now, to be as aggressive as ever, investing in dividend stocks to grow your passive income.  Our goal is to reach financial freedom by building a growing dividend income stream. My wife and I are going to buy Johnson & Johnson every week! This article will explain why.

Fundrise: Doubling My Monthly Investment | Real Estate Investing

Fundrise, Real Estate Investing, Crowdfunding

Investing into cash producing assets isn’t always easy.  Especially when the stock market is hitting all-time highs and the world is acting, occasionally, that COVID-19 is no longer.  Luckily, there is a great real estate platform in Fundrise, which we have been a part of for 2 years.

Given that the market continues to surge, yields continue to plummet and drop.  Further, trying to fund undervalued investments becomes an adventure, as well as noticing you may be extremely exposed to the stock market, in general.

My wife & I made the decision to increase our monthly contribution to Fundrise – the Real Estate Investing Platform! Continue reading

Pokemon 25th Anniversary & McDonald’s Happy Meals | McDonald’s Stock a Buy or Hold?!

Pokemon Cards 25th Anniversary

Gotta catch them all – Pokemon!  Yes, the nostalgia is real and Pokemon is now ringing in the 25th Anniversary of the brand.  I used to own the Blue version and definitely had a stellar collection of the base set Pokemon cards, which is no where to be found now (no, I didn’t have a Charizard, but I did have plenty of 1st Edition holos!).

Pokemon & McDonald’s partnered up for the limited edition 25-card set for the Happy Meal.  Not only are the price and value of Pokemon cards going through the roof, but now – Happy Meal sales stand to reach a similar height.  The argument/discussion today begs the question, is McDonald’s (MCD) a stock to buy now with this Pokemon venture or do the metrics want to keep you on the sideline?
