2021 is flying by. The stock market will not cool off either. Despite a few down days, here and there, the stock market continues to increase and set record highs! The exciting thing is that much like the stock market, many of the bloggers from the dividend investing community also set personal records. Each month, we share as many dividend income summaries as we can from the dividend investing blogging community. Its all about sharing knowledge, success, and stories after all! Here is the June installment of our Dividend Income from YOU the Bloggers! monthly series. Enjoy!
Retire by 40 – $1,746 – Now THAT’S a way to kick this off – with an almost $2,000 income month. The quarter-end for dividend income is real. Joe is showing us that is the case. Though we don’t know what dividend stocks paid him this quarter, one must assume it is a lot of dividend aristocrats and dividend kings!
Mr. Tako Escapes – $14,677 – Yes… you did read that correctly. This is not a typo, where one may think that is $1,466.77 in dividend income. This is FOURTEEN THOUSAND dollars in dividend income! HOLY SMOKES! Similar to Joe above, one has to think Mr. Tako owns plenty of funds/ETFs that pay out quarterly. Possibly Vanguard? Maybe he owns Vanguard’s high dividend yield ETF< where my wife & I are set to receive over $1,000 in forward dividend income already! Great job Mr. Tako, keep inspiring.
Dividend Hawk – $2,377.16 – WHOA… another 4 digit banger here! What’s impressive is you need a full two columns to showcase all of the dividend stocks. That Intel (INTC) dividend is nice and one that we actually featured a video on. I think investors are sleeping on them and not sure that they should. The supply shortage will be over soon! Keep cranking it out hawk!
Dividend Quest – $638.43 – Quest owns a lot of mutual funds. This is not a bad way to diversify and help you sleep at night. Dividend Quest keeps it consistent and steady and the proof is in his dividend income figures.
A Frugal Family’s Journey – $323.47 – That Wells Fargo (WFC) dividend will be getting bigger in no time. Now that they’ve passed the Fed Stress Tests and the banking arena is doing much better than what they prepared for – stock buy backs and dividends are headed to shareholders pockets. Also, I see you own Shell (RDS) oil and gas. I am pulling for another dividend increase from Shell before the year is over, given how well the Oil & Gas industry is doing/improving.
Little Dividends – $26.49 – Keep on building Little Dividends. You have to start somewhere, and it’s all about earning, saving and investing. Keep it going!
Passive Canadian Income – $784.92 – That Microsoft (MSFT) and Lockheed Martin (LMT) dividends are really starting to roll in, with a significant impact being made. I love it. Two great dividend growth stocks, there is no doubt about it. I have owned LMT for over 10+ years and it is arguably one of the best dividend stocks I have ever bought. Can’t wait until you cross $1,000 and consistently crush it.
Dividend Dozer – $557.47 – Over $500, heck yes! In addition, It’s higher by almost 20% from last year! That’s some serious dividend growth. That Vanguard VTI payout is HUGE. You are not the only one that is investing an ample amount into Vanguard, as my VYM is now OVER $30,000+!
Dividend Pursuit – $389.21 – Almost $400 in a single month is stellar. I love that you are dedicated to the F.I.R.E. movement. Let’s all get to financial freedom together. I cannot wait to retire early myself and dividend income will be the main source of passive income for me!
A Dividend Dream – 419 (euro) – Exxon Mobil (XOM), Walmart (WMT), Aflac (AFL), IBM (IBM), T. Rowe (TROW), Realty Income (O) and Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) paid you handsome dividends! What do all of these have in common? They are ALL dividend aristocrats! In fact, you have a Top 5 Foundational Dividend Stock in there too! Loving the portfolio and this should be what dividend investors DREAM about!
Dividend Pig – $3,268.53 – Holy Smokes! Talk about a huge banger of a dividend income month. First, it was a 29% increase from last year, which is insane. Then, you have 87 companies paying you during the month, jaw dropping. I see you own our Akron, Ohio based FirstEnergy (FE)! Glad you are a shareholder for a great city in Ohio baby! Also, love that Discover (DFS) position that you have, as well as Crown Castle (CCI). Keep going, cross $4k next June!
Desidividend – $2,250.84 – Nice job! A huge month and one that far exceeded your expectations. Dividend investing, as you are showing us, can be a huge source of passive income. Keep it up Desi!
Dividend Growth Journey – $758.84 – Another over $750 dividend income article! I never thought of owning Anthem (ANTM), I am going to have to look at that dividend paying stock. I see a big trend of Enbridge (ENB) shareholders. Must be a popular dividend stock to buy and own among the community!
Young Dividend – $2,301.96 – Goodness. Another $2k+ dividend month. Johnson & Johnson, a top 5 foundation stock, pays you OVER $300… speechless. Bert’s pumped, as he & his wife have been purchasing a share a week. Check out that video below:
Dividend Seedling – $89.27 – BOOM. A record setting month for Seedling. Man, you are closing in on triple figures too. Cannot wait for you to set that record and knock out such an important milestone. Keep on pushing!
Engineering Dividends – $1,413.05 – It is crazy to see how well balanced your dividend income was this month. Seven companies paid you $100+ in dividend income. Another, Union Pacific, is not too far behind. Lets also not forget how you added over $31 to your forward dividend income from dividend increases too!
Life with Dividends – $84.70 – Another blogger, another personal record. Now this is what it is all about! SCHD and JNJ were your two largest payments, excellent stuff right there!
Vibrant Dreamer – $289.38 – Vibrant Dreamer maintains a strong dividend yield on the portfolio, over 4.53%. Dividend income represents a small part of your overall income and side hustle picture too. Love reading the update.
Project 2035 – $146 – Holy Tallina, that was one huge dividend grom the company, accounting for over half the total for the month. Despite some cuts and dividend reductions, you were able to still post some strong figures. Great stuff.
Chicken Wizard – $1,275 – A nice, solid 10% growth from prior year. I see Viatris (VTRS) in there. I’ve been adding to the spin-off ever since it happened. Thought to boost them up, as they could be a heavy, cash-flowing company!
Another Loonie – $73 – Another loonie baby! There we go – it all counts and adds up. It’s all about improvement, increasing those assets and income. You can do this – keep it GOING!
Stalfare – 1,315 Euro – Just a slight decrease due to some timing differences for Stalfare. Nothing major here. Further, still loving the fact you received over 3,000 Euros in May. The dividend income is really flowing!
Kody’s Dividend – $197.54 – Oh heck yeah Kody! A new personal record. That’s what we’re talking about. You are going to crush the $200 dividend mark in September. Can’t wait to see how the rest of 2020 plays out for you. Think of how cool it is that you received 29 different paychecks without lifting a finger.
My Road to Wealth and Freedom – $830.04 – A nice, healthy dividend from one of your index funds. Freaking love it. On top of it, some utility stocks also bolstered your dividend income.
My Dividend Snowball – $1,778.32 – $800+ from Enbridge (ENB)?! What more can we really say. Hopefully you enjoyed the DRIP from that massive dividend. Those 15 extra shares will produce some HUGE dividends in September.
Dividend Earner – $1,641 – Man, all of you bloggers continue to crush it in June. It is insane that this is a down month for you, considering you earned double the income in May. Keep motivating.
Dividends and Divergences – $30.24 – A lot of small dividends added up to a nice total for Dividends and Divergences. With those additions of KMI, T, and SPTN, your forward dividend income will get a nice boost here in the coming quarters.
Dividends and Hobbies – $1,250.17 – Wow, an 18% year over year increase. That’s a huge percent increase, especially for this growing passive income stream. Congrats on the Kroger purchase as well, a company we both own in our portfolio.
Financially Free in 10 Years – 199.04 (Euros) – The names that paid a dividend this month were fantastic. Great, high quality dividend stocks that can be found in OUR portfolios, and so many bloggers’ portfolios.
Dividend Portfolio (Netherlands) – 449 (Euros) – A new personal record and it wasn’t even close. What blew me away was just how many new dividend stocks were in your portfolio this year compared to last year. Keep putting that capital to work. LyondellBasell is one heck of a new addition.
Root of Good – $6,829 – Mic…..drop. Almost $7,000 of dividend income?! You’ve got to be kidding me. P.S. You’re road trip sounds amazing and hopefully you loved the cross country trip.
Seeking the Dividends – $763.35 – The hits keep coming, because Seeking the Dividend is yet another blogger that set a NEW RECORD this month. Fantastic.
Dreaming of Dividends – $4,496 – Did we see that right? Your dividend income doubled compared to last year. Enjoy that increase and hopefully you can repeat it in June 2022. LETS GO!
Capturnado Dividendos – $841.73 – GILD took the cake as the largest dividend payment received, crossing the triple digit mark. The second place winner, Walgreens, is one of our favorite recent undervalued dividend stocks.
Dividends From Scratch – $858.76 – How could you not be happy with that progress DFS?! In addition to received strong income, you put a lot of cash to work. Next quarter will be insane!
Divgro – $5,308 – Ferdi, my goodness, crossing over $5,300 in June. That is absolute insanity. On top of it, you posted a 32% year over year increase compared to last year. Don’t know what else to really say!
More Money Guru – $5,615.74 – One fund paid you nearly $2,800. Man, you gotta love those quarterly dividend paying funds, right? Financial Freedom is not far away my friend.
Matthew Utesch – $1,622.38 – Matthew’s dividend inome continues to grow at an impressive clip. There were several new dividend payers compared to last year. The exciting part is reading the detailed dividend increases received, including that increase from Parker Hannifin!
Passive Income Pursuit – $1,755.48 – WAY TO BE JC! Another fantastic dividend month. You keep it simple and your portfolio is littered with great dividend growth stocks. Obviously we are huge fans of the companies you have purchased.
Stefan Redlich – $403 – A solid 14% year over year increase compared to last year. What is sick is that you are expected July to be even STRONGER than June. Cannot wait to read that dividend income summary.
Legend of Income – $228.27 – There were a lot of individual dividend payments that added up to have a huge impact for LOI. Your monthly dividend income chart has a pretty steep slope pointing upwards. That’s what we love to see!
Tawcan – $2,943.51 – On the doorstep of crossing $3,000 Bob. That is pretty impressive if you ask me. Love the monthly update, as always. For the record, you never include too many pictures. The life updates are just as much fun as the dividend updates!
Reinis Fischer – $128.31 – BOOM! A 56% year over year increase? Fantastic stuff Reinis. Hopefully you can keep that growth rate up for years to come. That $50+ dividend from Intel is absolutely insane. Excited to see on of the dividend stocks we recently featured on our YouTube Channel play such a large part in your monthly total.
Dividends & FNB – $1,083.12 – Thank goodness I was sitting when I read this. You had a 118% increase compared to last year. The numbers freaking speak for themselves. Nice job!
Mooi Dividend – 200.61 Euros – In addition to an awesome dividend month, you made some significant paydowns on your mortgage too. Freeing up that cash flow to continue investing. Sick!
Our Life Financial – $2,167.51 – The total is impressive enough. But the fact that you almost received $1,000 from Enbridge is INSANE. Still, in addition to Enbridge, some great new purchases helped catapult your dividend income over $2k.
Divs4Jesus – $379.85 – Of the 23 companies that paid you a dividend in June, 6 of the companies were new this year compared to last year. A personal favorite from your list is Aflac (AFL)!
All About the Dividends – $645.23 – Matthew continues to post solid dividend stock numbers. Even though you had a slight dividend increase compared to last year, overall, your numbers are definitely trending in the right direction….UP!
The Dividend Guy – $511.33 CAD – Gotta respect the decision to stay away from oil and gas going forward. My allocations for the sector are set, and it will be a long time before I purchase a new company in the sector.
Dividend Daddy – $6,049.01 – HOLY FREAKING COW! What more is there to really say about your dividend income total? Love the breakdown showing how you received over $200 per day from dividends in June. Unreal.
Aktiekemisten – 2004.89 SEK – Congrats on crossing 2,000 SEK for the 4th consecutive month. Hopefully this means that there is no turning back from the milestone!
My Financial Shape – 614 Swiss Francs – Bodda bing bodda boom. Excellent stuff right there MFS. Unilever paid you a very solid dividend. Gotta love the consumer staple giant!
Finance Journey – $2,009.64 – Is it just me, or are there a TON of dividend bloggers that crossed $2,000 in dividends received in June?! Naturally, this was a personal record for FJ!
Money By Ramey – $1,209.91 – Nothing but respect for MBR. The two largest positions in your portfolio are massive….and they are two of our Top 5 Foundation Dividend Stocks. $21k of JNJ and $18k of PG shows that you are not messing around on your journey to financial freedom.

Findependence Canada – $1,098.29 CAD – Another blogger that received a huge Enbridge dividend. Man, I feel like I am missing out here haha Crazy to see that your 3 largest goldings accounted for nearly 50% of your dividend income this month.
Investing Pursuits – $494.13 – Almost at the half millenium mark IP. It is impressive to see your dividend growth, as you push the total higher and higher. Money!

Lanny, I’ve been admiring your dedication to VYM! For me, the more I have in VTI, the better I feel about it. Hope you have the same experience! I’m thinking about bumping my VTI to ~60% of my contributions.
Dozer –
VTI is awesome and cannot go wrong either. I bet you are loving that quarterly dividend that you receive : )
-Lanny

Thanks for putting this list together as usual. The community is getting awfully close to the $100k mark, which is incredible considering that it isn’t even as strong as December. We should easily cross $100k by then!
Thank you for including me on your list. It is nice a little swedish blogger among all the great dividend investors. Unfortunately, it is not that common with quarterly or monthly dividends in Sweden, so the rest of the year will show lower dividends.
Thanks guys for having me on the list. It’s amazing to see everybody’s progress as the months and years progress.
Onwards to $100k in a single month!
Mr. Robot –
YOU KNOW IT! LET’S GO!! September, we better make it happen.
-Lanny
