Dividend Income from YOU the Bloggers – December 2021

The year is in the books, 2021 is actually over and we are in the second month of 2022.  Dividend investing was SO STRONG in 2021 and investing into dividend stocks appears to be the same in 2022.  Earning passive income in the form of dividend income, can be the best, as you achieve financial freedom.  As you will see, plenty of bloggers set new personal records! Let’s jump right in to the December installment of our Dividend Income from YOU the Bloggers!

A Frugal Family’s Journey – $840.85 – I see you own Lumen Tech (LUMN), a dividend stock I haven’t looked at too deeply.  There have been many dividend investors adding that dividend stock to their portfolio.  Also – I saw Chevron (CVX) increased their dividend, let’s see what Exxon Mobil (XOM) does this year!  Congrats AFFJ!

Dividend Dozer – $741.29 – Wow!  I love that you are a strong Vanguard investor, buying Vanguard’s total stock market index (VTI) consistently.  That dividend income stream of over $500 was massive for you.  Your BlackRock (BLK) stock position is also nice, plus you just receive a very generous dividend increase.  Keep building your passive income total!

Dividend Pursuit – $707.03 – Almost $1,000 in passive income!  The journey to financial freedom is awesome and what a pursuit you are on.  Keep it up!

Dividend Dream – 229 (euro) – There we go!  Nice increases from last year.  Further, you own T. Rowe Price (TROW), which  I scooped up 2 shares this past week, one at $160 and one at $150.  Time to see if I can buy T. Rowe price stock at $140.  Let’s GO!

Dividends and Hobbies – $1,333.53 – There we go!  The first dividend investor blog over $1,000 in dividend income for December!  Kroger (KR) stock is sending you a nice dividend payment, as well as Bank of America (BAC), which I think their dividend will grow this year.  I love bank stocks and see significant value in that industry.

Dividends Down Under – $163.03 – Time to turn the corner in 2022.  Keep tracking towards FIRE and time to build onto your dividend income total.

Dividend Portfolio – $34.11 – I see 10 dividend aristocrats paying, names such as 3M (MMM – which took a blood bath this week), Johnson & Johnson (JNJ), a top 5 foundation stock and many others.  I do believe Lockheed Martin (LMT) will get there, their dividend growth is simply impressive. I love that you show what dividend income can cover from an expense side.

Reverse the Crush – $115.72 – Another triple digit dividend income month!  You have the big Canadian Dividend stocks, such as Fortis (FTS) and Enbridge (ENB) that is powering your dividend stock portfolio.  Keep buying dividend stocks, while the stock market is falling, you’re going to crush your 2022 goals doing so!

Wallet Squirrel – $30.68 – That Microsoft (MSFT) stock position has many of us jealous!  Never did pull the trigger throughout my investing journey.  What a great company, with a nice dividend growth rate to boot.  As always, love the design of your site!

Engineer My Freedom – $238.24 – Solid income results!  Almost to $250.  3 solid dividend aristocrats with Walgreens (WBA), Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) and 3M (MMM).  Let’s go and let’s get you over the hump!

Financially Free in 10 Years – 226.04 (euro) – There we go, again – so close to $250! I also own a lot of Pfizer (PFE), and am hoping for big things for them this year, given how significant the COVID-19 vaccine has been this year. I also have big hopes for Johnson & Johnson (JNJ), after their lower than normal dividend increase last year.

Project 2035 – 120 (euro) – Another euro roundup!  I see you are heavy in the oil and gas industry.  You have the bigs of Exxon (XOM) and BP (BP).  I think dividend increases will continue this year, as the price per barrel rises, have to love inflation.  Looking forward to you crossing 200 euro!

Simple Dividend Growth – $5,351.51 – Holy CRAP!  Over $5,000 in passive income!  Yes, I do understand you had a higher dividend from Netwek Business Services (NEWT) driven by PPP lending; but let’s see how 2022 still pans out for you.  Love how massive the dividend you have from United Parcel Services (UPS), as you are benefiting from the big brown trucks driving everywhere.  Let’s see a repeat of $5k this year!

Life with Dividends – $212.13 – I hear you on the COVID-19 front and health issues.  Praying all is well with you, your family and friends.  Nice job 10x your dividend income from last year, repeat that if you can!  Love that you also own Aflac (AFL) and Visa (V), as I am expecting further big dividend increases from them this year!  I believe Visa’s (V) will be greater than 20%, given American Express’ recent dividend increase!

Dividend Daddy – $6,718.76 – WOW.  Almost $7,000 in dividend income!  Almost $1,000 in the most popular dividend stock in Canada – Enbridge (ENB).  I may have to start looking at Manulife.  These are financial freedom figures and it makes sense that… you are FINANCIALLY INDEPENDENT!  Congratulations and keep inspiring us investors out here!

Chicken Wizard – $2,117.71 – 54 companies paid you!  You are not relying on just one company, when you have 54 soldiers sending you dividend checks.  In addition, a 37% growth rate is amazing.  Running that into 2022 should be fun and exciting, no doubt.  Also – pumped we share big dividends from Vanguard High Dividend Yield ETF (VYM).  LET’S GO!

Another Loonie – $75 – Another Vanguard investor with the total stock market index ETF of VTI.  Excited for what your 2022 has in store, as you’ve been investing as much as possible, building that income stream.  Cheers to a prosperous 2022!

Kody’s Dividends – $353.38 – There you go, nice work Kody!  So many dividend stocks you own and you spread them around across your investment platforms of Robinhood, Webull AND M1 Finance.  Which is your favorite?  Would love your take!

Vibrant Dreamer – $880.08 – So many different streams of passive income, including crypto currency, credit card bonuses and plenty of referral kick ins.  I look forward to you receive an average of $1,000 per month going forward!

Dividend Earner – $960 – Oh man, so close to $1,000 in dividend income to finish the year off.  Not as high as last year, but need to keep chugging along on the financial freedom journey!

Dividend Portfolio (Netherlands) – 439 (Euros) – This was a huge dividned increase compared to last year. LYB, Pinnacle, and Lockheed Martin stole the show. Talk about some big time new additions compared to last year.

Root of Good – $19,932 – HOLY FREAKING COW! You read that right….nearly $20,000 in investment income that month. The equity funds really flexed their muscles for you Root of Good. Keep pushing and keep growing your income. Step by step.

Dreaming of Dividends – $5,048 –  Congrats on crossing your goal of receiving $25k+ in dividend income in 2021. That $5k dividend payment in December definitely helped pushed you over that milestone.

Matthew Utesch – $1,766.60 – What a fun dividend stock update to read.  You felt the impact of 7 dividend increases this month AND a few special dividends. That’s how you juice up the dividends compared to last year!

Passive Income Pursuit – $1,955.02 – On the doorstep of crossing $2,000 JC. You’ll easily blow by this next quarter.  Your dividend income list is so impressive because of how balanced it is.  Two companies paid you $100+ and a few were on the doorstep as well. Way to end 2021 strong.

Legend of Income – $302.35 –  Your monthly dividend income chart has a strong slope upwards. Just what we like to see. Congrats on setting a record this month and seeing your income blow past $300!

Reinis Fischer – $154.65 – Its all about DOW and PFE this month for Reinis. They clearly stole the show and paid over 50% of your dividend income this month. BOOM!

The Dividend Guy Blog – $595.14 (CAD) – You weren’t kidding, definitely a lot of activity in your portfolio this month. It all was worth it though, as you posted some very strong dividend income results!

More Dividends – $203.22 – Congrats on setting a new record and finally crossing a personal milestone of $200 in a month. All that hard work is really paying off MD!!

Money Maaster – $3,233.41 – Ending 2021 in freaking style Jordan. HOLY COW! Over $3,000+ in dividend income. On top of it, loved that your total 2021 grew so much compared to last year. Its trending in the right direction and your growth is phenominal.

Investing Pursuits – $511.10 – EnBridge, EnBridge, EnBridge. That company paid you over 50% of your income this month. One of the legendary stocks in the Canadian dividend growth investing community.

Dividends & FNB – $906.05 –  A stellar month for Dividends & FNB. Some serious dollards were thrown your way, although it doesn’t hold up to your January 2022 total.  That 51% YOY increase is WILD.

Mooi Dividends – 219.75 (Euros) – BOOM! A 126% increase compared to last year.  The gas sector performed well for you, paying over 100 Euros this month. 50% of the income coming from a high dividend paying sector that is well represented in everyone’s dividend stock portfolio.

Our Life Financial – $2,914.94 – Wow. Not only is the dividend income sky high OLF. The best part is that there are so many companies that paid you a dividend for the first time this quarter. You’re pumping some SERIOUS dollars into your investment portfolio. Keep it coming along.

Divs4Jesus – $491.66 – Ending 2021 in style. Just on the doorstep of crossing $500 in the final month of the year. You’ll easily crush this mark by next December, and we are projecting so in March.

Get Rich Brothers – $763.84 – Man – you JUST MISSED OUT on your personal record. The only month that was better…was laast year’s December. Looks like you continue to post your best months in the final month of the year, like so many other bloggers.

My Dividend Dynasty – $1,527.88 –  A PERSONAL RECORD! MDD, that’s what we are talking about right here. ARCC, IBM, and SO led the charge and flexed some serious muscles for you this month. Plus, on top of it. Love that dividend increases added over $26 in new dividend income to your forward income. Watch your income continue to grow.

Mr. Tako Escapes – $15,329 – Un-freaking-believable. This is a Mic Drop month for sure Mr. Tako. Congrats on crossing the $15k mark for the first time. Plus, the food pictures included in your summary article are always a nice touch and make your article even more fun to read.

The Dividend Pig – $4,067.81 – Congrats on crossing the $4,000 mark Pig!  Your December dividend increases were absolutely insane as well. Did we read that right…your income increased over $400 in December from dividendi increases alone. Ford and Realty Income weren’t messing around this month.

Money By Ramey – $2,121.33 – Wow. A 39% increase at this income level resulted in some big increases compared to last year. After looking at your income chart, it is impressive how well balanced your month was and the quality of dividend growth stocks that paid you a dividend. CONGRATS!

Stefan Redlich – $446 – A massive semi-annual dividend helped contribute to your strong dividend growth. Your portfolio is making some serious moves and you’re taking care of business. That’s what it is all about.

Tawcan – $2,820.13 – BOB! Insane. That’s what I’m talking about. Love how your income grew compared to last year, especially considering that you received a special dividend from Costco.  Your Top 5 payers accounted for nearly $2,000 of the dividend income. Money!

Passive Canadian Income – $913.94 – The addition of Lockheed Martin this year, compared to last, was a big boost in your income totals. If my math is correct, you set a new personal record by…$.28!

All About the Dividends – $681.52 – Congrats on meeting your goal of receiving at least $7,000 in dividend income this year! 2022 is about to be an excellent year for you, gotta great feeling about it.

Desidividend – $2,881 –  Your mutual funds and ETFs really flexed their muscles this month. RERGX’s dividend income was not a joke. In fact, it was nearly $1,000 in December!

My Dividend Snowball – $4,328 –  WOW WOW WOW.  Your dividend income increased 109% compared to December 2020. What’s crazier is that you only received payments from 22 companies and funds. EnBridge paid you over $1,100 alone. Maginficant.

Engineering Dividends – $1,417.23 – Love that 7 companies paid you over $100 this month. Even better is the fact that you didn’t report one dividend from a fund either. So your full dividend income was a result of your investing in individual dividend stocks.

Dividend Quest – $640.62 – Not bad, not bad indeed. That’s how you end the year in style Quest. Excited to see what 2022 has in store for you and your portfolio.

My Road to Wealth and Freedom – $2,863.22 – The funds and ETFs continue to flex their muscles for MRtWaF! On top of that, gotta love the Bank of America dividend you received as well.

Total:  49 Bloggers Received $100,922.50 in Dividends in December (depending on the exchange rate used at the time of the calculation).

The community averaged $2,060 in December dividend income.  Team, we did it!  The dividend investing community BROKE $100,000 in dividend income.  LET’S GO!  Let’s carry this momentum into 2022 and all reach financial freedom as soon as possible!
